Spirit Wear Day  

Do you have school spirit? This Friday, June 6th is a school spirit wear day. Don’t forget to wear your spirit wear tops that represent your school teams and clubs from Saint Andre Bessette. Uniform bottoms are required.   

 

 

Science Help (please leave this announcement in each week) 

Science Help runs every Wednesday... that’s today! We meet after school and this extra help is available to ALL students. Students in grade 9 and 10 Science, senior Chemistry and senior Biology can come to room 249 right after school. Students needing Physics help can go to room 252. Please see Ms. Scott if you have any questions. 

 

Chess Club 

Checkmate! You heard that right bulldogs! Chess Club will take place tomorrow, from 2:15 to 3:15 in room 226Spirit wear shirts have arrived for those interested. Looking forward to seeing everyone there! 

 

Marquis Mathematics Award 

The Marquis Mathematics Award is a prize given to the graduating student who has demonstrated the greatest interest in, and aptitude for, the study of mathematicsThe winner is selected from the pool of all qualified applicantsApplications are available on our St. Andre Bessette website – Mathematics Department or from Mr. Duffy in room 238They are due on or before Monday, June 9th.   

 

Our London Family 

Students and staff are encouraged to wear purple or green tops on June 4th to show their solidarity (one of the Catholic Social Teachings) with the Our London Family movement. Uniform bottoms will be required for students. Green is a colour commonly associated with Islam, and purple was Yumnah Afzaal's favourite colour. 

 

Graduation Tickets:  

There are a limited number of additional graduation tickets available for guests. They are available on a first-come first-serve basis. You must see Ms. Steffler in the main office during the lunch periods only. Requests will only be accepted until this Friday or until there are no tickets remaining.
