Spirit Wear Day
Do you have school spirit? This Friday, November 28th is a school spirit wear day. Don’t forget to wear your spirit wear tops that represent your school teams and clubs from Saint Andre Bessette. Uniform bottoms are required.

If you are new to Canada this message may be for you. Today in room 107 our school SWIS worker is at Saint André Bessette. The SWIS Worker (The Settlement Workers in Schools Program) provides information and referrals to school and community-based resources to support the settlement process for newcomer families and students. Our SAB SWIS worker is named Layla. Come out and meet her if you have any questions.

Christmas Assembly Auditions:
Calling all singers, dancers and actors ... Christmas Assembly Auditions are fast approaching. The auditions are on Mon. December 8. Show your Christmas spirit by creating something that is Christmas-themed. Audition forms are on the stage bulletin board and need to be submitted by December 5th to Ms. Weis or Mr. Vermue. Get your friends together and make a memorable act that will keep our festive tradition going. Christmas Assembly is on Thursday, December 18!!!!
Varsity Hockey
Practice today is from 3:00-4:30 at Kinsmen. The bus leaves the school at 1:15. GAME ONE - 3:30 p.m. Wednesday @ Kinsmen v.s. Laurier
Just a reminder that a Grand Confederacy Trip will take place on November 26. Students attending are to meet in the atrium at 8:50 to board the bus for 9am.

Good morning, Bulldogs! My name is Nea, and I am the captain for Saint Andre Bassets' new BSA Stomp cheer team! I encourage everyone apart from BSA to come to the dance room today and on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays to practice for this year's upcoming pep rally! We will be learning a new way to cheer for our fellow friends and peers as they play in their favorite sports. Our new cheer team specializes in stomp cheer which is a type of cheer that originates all the way back from 1970’s by African Americans. Do you have any spare time? Come on down to the dace room to make new friends and experience a new hobby together.
