Please see Ms. Scott if you have any questions.
Chess Club
Checkmate! You heard that right bulldogs! Chess Club will take place tomorrow, from 2:15 to 3:15 in room 226. Spirit wear shirts have arrived for those interested. Looking forward to seeing everyone there!
VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY
Pawlooza 2025 is taking place on Saturday, August 16, 2025, at the Plunkett Estate in London. This exciting, one-day dog festival attracts an estimated 10,000 attendees and is entirely run by volunteers. It’s a fun way to earn community service hours while supporting two local non-profits: ARF Ontario, which rescues and rehomes animals in need, and LEADS Employment Services, which helps people with disabilities gain employment and skills training. Volunteers are needed for a variety of roles, and all hours count toward the 40-hour graduation requirement.
MUSIC STUDENTS
This announcement goes out to all music students who have signed out instruments this year. It is time to return your instruments, mouthpieces and sheet music. Please return these items immediately. In addition, students may begin to sign out instruments for the summer. See Mr. Vermue for more information.
SEA Laptops
A reminder to all students that SEA laptops will be collected and stored here at SAB for the summer. Please return all computers to room 116 as soon as possible if you are not using them. If still in use, please return during the exam period.
Track and Field
If you ordered Track and Field spirit wear and still have not picked it up, please do so ASAP! Check the VLE for details.
Future Co-op Students
This message is for students who have enrolled in Co-op for the 2025-2026 school year. The co-op teachers will be emailing all semester 1 co-op students throughout the summer with important information and due dates for placements as they become available. Please make sure you check your SCHOOL EMAIL ACCOUNT throughout the summer so that you are not missing out on placement opportunities. Some placements have an application process that occurs over the summer months. If you have any questions, please see Mr. Kimbark or Ms. Marino in the library.
